About me
Quality as shared architecture
I'm a Tech Lead and Quality Engineering Architect: over 13 years I haven't just tested software — I've built the platforms, frameworks and AI agents that entire teams rely on to ship with confidence. My domain isn't a single discipline; it's the full software lifecycle.
I believe quality is a commitment shared by every layer of the SDLC, not a phase bolted on at the end. That's why I work side by side with developers, POs and stakeholders: I read the code I validate, join code reviews and translate technical risk into business decisions.
My edge: I combine a solid technical foundation (JS/TS, Python, Cloud, CI/CD) with architectural thinking and AI tooling, walking alongside teams in their growth — because I trust my teammates' intuition and aim to enable them, not replace them.

I use agents and LLMs to generate test cases, analyse coverage, migrate legacy and eliminate boilerplate — always keeping in mind that AI should enable, not replace, human judgement.

I trust my teammates' intuition and judgement. My role is to support their growth, not to be the bottleneck of quality.

I read production code, join code reviews and translate technical risk into stakeholder language. Quality only works when everyone understands it.
